Experience the ultimate Texas Hill Country retreat at Stonecrest Shores, a stunning home that overlooks the sparkling waters of Canyon Lake. This luxurious property features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and accommodates up to 10 guests, offering the perfect setting for a getaway with family or friends. As you step into the home, you'll immediately be captivated by the beauty and unique design of this custom-built property.  
  
Upon entering, you'll find a half bathroom to your right and the laundry room with a full washer and dryer. To the left, a staircase leads to the second floor, but before heading upstairs, take a moment to explore the main living areas. The living room is a perfect blend of modern style and Texas charm, with a beautiful fireplace and comfortable seating arranged around a flat-screen TV. This space is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration in the Texas Hill Country.  
  
The kitchen and dining area are located just beyond the living room. The dining table comfortably seats 6, providing a great space for meals or family gatherings. The kitchen features custom cabinets, modern stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space. A small flat-screen TV adds to the inviting atmosphere, ensuring the cook can stay connected with the rest of the group.  
  
Continuing from the living room, you'll find the first bedroom, which is bathed in natural sunlight. This room features a king-sized bed, two loveseats, and a mounted flat-screen TV, along with a private resort-style bathroom. The bathroom offers a large vanity with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet for your convenience.  
  
Heading downstairs, you'll find a spacious game room at the foot of the stairs, complete with a pool table, a mounted flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette with stainless steel appliances. This area is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. As you move through the game room, you'll enter the second bedroom, which boasts incredible views of Canyon Lake. This room features a king-sized bed and offers access to the second bathroom, which includes a vanity and a stand-up shower.  
  
Further down the hallway, you'll find a second staircase that leads to the third bedroom. This room also includes a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a full vanity and shower/tub combination, providing an additional space for relaxation.  
  
On the lower level, you'll find the fourth and fifth bedrooms. The fourth bedroom features a king-sized bed, a large closet, and access to the third full bathroom, which includes a vanity and shower/tub combo. Through this bathroom, you can access the fifth bedroom, which is also furnished with a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious closet, providing plenty of comfort for your stay.  
  
The backyard and patios at Stonecrest Shores are as breathtaking as the home itself. The upper-level patio, accessible from nearly every room, includes a large grill and plenty of seating, with a table that comfortably seats up to 10 guests. A staircase leads down to the lower-level patio, which features plush seating and a small infinity pool, perfect for unwinding while enjoying the view of the lake. From the lower patio, stone steps lead you to a covered eating and sitting area, or you can follow the path down to the lakeshore, where you can relax by the water's edge and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

While the home offers an incredible experience, there are plenty of attractions nearby to explore. Take advantage of the free public boat ramp, rent a boat, or enjoy tubing on the Guadalupe River. The Whitewater Amphitheater and local dining spots are also nearby, and the Texas Hill Country is home to a variety of wineries and other attractions, all just a short drive away.  
  
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests, and there is a limit of 4 vehicles unless otherwise approved. Disruptive behavior will result in the forfeiture of your stay without a refund. No smoking and no pets are allowed on the property.
