Take a relaxing tube float down the famous Horseshoe section of the Guadalupe River, view the nearby Canyon Lake Dam, treat yourself to a scenic drive along the Guadalupe River on River Road, or enjoy a scenic hike on the Guadalupe River Trail. The nearby Whitewater Amphitheater offers the very best in live music, and Fredericksburg, San Antonio, Wimberley, New Braunfels, and San Marcos are all within an hour's drive. After an exciting day on the water, head back to your retreat for the evening. Sip a cold beverage outside on the patio and unwind, use the free WiFi to update your social media, or catch up on your reading in the den. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Many thoughtful extras to make your stay comfortable. The communication with Vacasa took several days to hear back which 1 question was answered after we arrived.
