A pop of color meets you at the door as you walk into the open-concept main floor of this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home. Sunlight pools in through four large windows giving Pitch Perfect a clean, crisp, modern home feel! Watch the news on the flatscreen television while you eat your breakfast from the onlooking kitchen table. Prepare a meal in the adorable kitchen with a retro fridge, cooktop stove, and dishwasher, perfect for four people! The main floor also has a fresh half bathroom for the convenience of the guests.

The second floor contains two bright and airy queen bedrooms, both with high ceilings and lots of natural light! The soft colors of the rooms invite you in to relax in a peaceful state of mind. The beautiful, light hardwood floors carry into a spacious full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo! It is complete with a wonderful white vanity and large mirror. Each bedroom is provided with comfortable linens for guests to sleep the night away!

Outside you will find a small seating area if you’re looking to appreciate the beautiful Canyon Lake weather. If you are looking for outdoor Hill Country fun, Old Hancock Trail is in the area for horseback riding and hiking. You can also enjoy a beach area with swimming and nature trails at Overlook Park, just a short drive away with great views of Canyon Lake as well as the Dam, or rent a pontoon boat or jet ski for the day! Take a day trip to Gruene, home to the historic Gruene Hall, to enjoy music and dancing, or dine at the delicious Gristmill Restaurant. The downtown square of Wimberley offers shopping in
boutiques and coffee shops for a relaxing stroll around town. You can start your adventure by swimming and hiking at the famous Jacobs Well, fly across the sky at Zip Line Adventure, or drop by Blue Hole Regional Park for swimming and nature trails. Family weekend fun

This adorable little house was the most perfect launchpad for the various activities we planned for in the area. We saw how cute it was from the pictures on Vrbo, but were surprised at how much even cuter it was when we got there. Some of the reviews mentioned that there was no hot water in the shower. But we had plenty of hot water for showers! I can’t think of anything that would’ve made the stay better.

Perfect for a Weekend Getaway

This property was exactly how it looked on the website. It was extremely clean. It was decorated nicely, had free WI-FI that worked well, had a good supply of towels, offered toiletries, comfortable beds, a bright flood light to see at night, and a fantastic mirror in the bathroom! We also loved all of the deer sightings in the neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again, and I will recommend this place to any friends.

Canyon Lake

The location was peaceful and quiet, and watching the dears was an added plus. Although I have to admit when I heard the coyote howling in the night was a bit unsettling. Everything else was good. The property seemed fairly new. Had a little issue but it was resolved immediately with no further issues. I actually did not want to leave

It was very clean! It had a modern feel with nice appliances. The couch was small and uncomfortable. There weren’t tvs in the bedrooms which made it hard to relax in the bedrooms. As long as you were needing those it was a beautiful property.

Overall property grounds were clean - I specifically asked BEFORE I booked if hot water issue was resolved based on previous reviews. After driving 4 hours and ready to take a shower - water was cold, VERY disappointed as I was assured the issue was resolved. Also found a few hairs (not ours) on towels that were cleaned. Septic light at front of property was on which means it needs service. Notified owner/management company of ALL three issues upon night of arrival. No response on issue until after I reached out to VRBO next afternoon. Very disappointed.

Worked for the price

The property was not as clean as I would have liked. It’s a very small place which worked for us but may not for everyone. The kitchen was incredibly small and not stocked with many essentials including coffee. Make sure to bring bath soap as there was none of that either! There’s no real usable outdoor space either. All in all, fine for the price we paid.

Quality cottage & easy access

Needed to get away to complete some work without interruptions and this home was ideal. Cute as could be with like new construction, quality appointments and quiet. Loved it!
