A few things is the gas grill didnt work or was out of gas. It would be better if this was on the property management to have ready and available to use. To much hassle for the guest to do so. My family and I have vacationed in New Braunfels every summer for 20+ years and this place was the most spacious, luxurious, and best location for a river vacation ever. I cannot say enough about how nice this home is and the river views are stunning. The owner did a great job adding the steps down to the river. Very easy access to get in and out of the water. Waking up early and having coffee on the upper porch was a great way to start the day before gathering everyone for a float on the Horseshoe, which is maybe be a mile away from the house! Greune Hall is very close too if you want to go have a night out and listen to some great live music and go dancing. The host supplies very helpful information for local dining and shopping if you are not familiar with the area. The rooms are all so spacious and very comfortable beds. The bunks say twins but they are fulls, two people can sleep on those bunks. I could go on and on but will just finish with WOW!!!! What an amazing place and wonderful time. Invited friends and family to enjoy the rental with us. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The location was great. The house was great. The scenery was great. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect Getaway in New BraunfelsI recently stayed at this river house in New Braunfels for a 3-night vacation, and it was the perfect relaxing escape. The property is in a quiet area, which made it feel peaceful and secluded, but it’s still conveniently close to stores and restaurants — the best of both worlds.The river water was nice and cool, perfect for floating or just unwinding by the edge. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay.I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in New Braunfels.
