You’ll be one Lucky Fish with these views! Located just minutes from Canyon Lake, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is a knock-out! With three massive lake-side decks and views from every room, you won’t miss a minute of those fin-tastic Canyon Lake views! Lucky Fish sleeps 6 guests and is also pet friendly*, making this a great oppor-tuna-ty for a fun vacation getaway!

A friendly lake house vibe greets you at the door and carries throughout this entire home. On the ground floor, guests will find two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed and is complete with adorable driftwood and blue toned accents to put you right at the lake! This room also has fabulous access to the lower rear deck so guests can enjoy a peaceful break from a long day of lake adventures! The second bedroom also contains a queen bed along with a flatscreen television. This room has access to the lower rear deck as well! A full bathroom complete with a bathtub and shower combo is shared by both rooms on this floor. A full-sized washer and dryer is also located on this level for guests convenience during their stay! Last but not least, there is a designated game space in the garage complete with a ping pong table! The built-in bench puts you at the tableside so you’re sure not to miss any of the excitement!

Heading up to the first floor, guests enter into the main living area of the home. Surrounded by big, beautiful windows, natural light pools into the living areas. Adorable blue chairs at the dining room table welcome you into the space. Additionally seating is found at a high-top table, which also makes for the perfect game table! Flowing into the living room, guests can take a seat on the comfortable sofa or one of the armchairs to gather around and watch a movie together! Moving along into the kitchen, guests are caught by the modern touches of this space. Lovely white cabinets and backsplash contrast beautifully with the granite countertops. Complete with a full-sized refrigerator, cooktop stove, and dishwasher, this space is sure to easily accommodate 6 guests! The hole-in-the-wall (literally) makes for clever access to the dining area for easy food access at meal times! It would be hard to ignore the beautiful panoramic view of Canyon Lake from this space. Deck access from this floor makes for some of the most stunning and picturesque moments of your trip! Complete with a propane grill and outdoor dining area, this makes for an ideal space for an outdoor meal while you take in the Canyon Lake breeze! A second seating area is located just on the other side of the staircase for a little more peace and quiet to take in the breathtaking Hill Country views.

On the top floor, guests will find the stunning master bedroom with a private observation deck! This room is complete with a king bed and beautiful natural light that pools into the room. An adorable reading corner in this room makes for a relaxing, quiet morning. This room also contains a gorgeous en-suite bathroom with a spa-worthy walk-in shower and amazing double vanities! Also located on this floor is a half bath for guests’ convenience. Each bedroom in the home is complete with comfortable linens for maximum relaxation!

As if it cod-n’t get any better in this home, outside there is a propane fire pit and seating area with adorable string lights, worthy of stargazing and making s’mores on a gorgeous night!

If you are looking for outdoor Hill Country fun, Old Hancock Trail is in the area for horseback riding and hiking. You can also enjoy a beach area with swimming and nature trails at Overlook Park, just a short drive away with great views of Canyon Lake as well as the Dam, or rent a pontoon boat or jet ski for the day! Take a day trip to Gruene, home to the historic Gruene Hall, to enjoy music and dancing, or dine at the delicious Gristmill Restaurant. The downtown square of Wimberley offers shopping in
boutiques and coffee shops for a relaxing stroll around town. You can start your adventure by swimming and hiking at the famous Jacobs Well, fly across the sky at Zip Line Adventure, or drop by Blue Hole Regional Park for swimming and nature trails. Visit New Braunfels and float the beautiful Guadalupe River. Rent paddle boats or picnic at Landa Park, swim at the Spring Fed Pool, spend the day at Schlitterbahn Water Park, or visit one of the local wineries or breweries for wine or beer tasting.

Confortable Holiday weekend vacation

The house inside has everything that you need and your family to be really comfortable. The house location is not great access to the lake their is not a clear path. you have to go through a lot of tall glass and big rocks Ones you get to the lake is dirty and has a lot of dry trees everywhere The outdoor of the house needs more maintenance and the grass hasn’t been cut in a long time , also they don’t have a propane grill as listed on the amenities. So I brought all the food for the weekend and I couldn’t make it.Other than that my kids loved the pin pong table inside the garage

Property has great potential but needs to do some upkeep. Grass is too tall to walk to the yard. Deck needs maintenance as some broken pieces The kitchen cab benefit for some convenient items, like can openers. It's a great property just need little bit maintenance to fully enjoy all its great amenities.

Super chill place comfy beds

We needed a place to stay and visit family, and this was so much better than a hotel! Great views, nice kitchen for cooking and big TVs everywhere. Oh, and those cute deer were out in droves. Definitely on my list to come back to!

Lots of rules, need some work

10am checkout is ridiculous. House needs work. Sliding doors on bottom floor don’t lock. Made wife nervous. Just not worth all the rules put in place by management. Needs to appear less like you are doing me a favor by letting us stay there.

Horrific

The bottom level bedroom doors to go outside, did not lock. We did not sleep well. No security! Infested with spiders, all throughout the house. We sat on the sofa in the living room and immediately started itching. We could not even enjoy the 3 decks because of the hornets nest. I contacted the management team and they said they will be out to handle these issues, and when we made it back from a company picnic, The management team left a can of hornet spray for me to spray the hornets. The pictures you see are old and were probably taken when the house was first built.Judge for yourself if you want to be very disappointed!

Family Fun

Beautiful home with great views. Great proximity to Comal river activities. The actual living space is upstairs from the entrance so be mindful when booking, in case you have travelers that may have limited mobility. Overall great home and true to the overview.

Fantastic weekend getaway

Lucky Fish is an adorable property and was picture perfect for our weekend getaway. The property was very clean, the management company a breeze to communicate with and the views from the two decks were spectacular despite the dense cloud cover we had all weekend. We enjoyed lounging on the deck, playing boardgames on the extra table for that, made ample use of the pingpong table and dart game in the garage and ate some amazing BBQ from Nik’s Not Normal down the road. The main bathroom is fantastic. Small pebble in our shoe were the ludicrously soft pillows and very uncomfortable mattressess' but for a weekend, we could make do with those.

Perfect Get Away

We really enjoyed our stay. The back porch and 3rd level lookout was our favorite place to hangout and relax. The house had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the water and boat ramp. We will defray here again.

Good Morning deer!

We enjoyed our stay at Lucky Fish in general. My husband and I are from Florida and we celebrated my son's Birthday there. Unfortunately, the lake levels were very low and we weren't able to enjoy the lake very much, but we really enjoyed daytrips to the nearby vineyards and Gruene! The upstairs back deck was great and we would sit there and watch the deer. We also saw a couple of foxes and more. The living area upstairs was very comfortable for the family and worked well with us. The downstairs back deck was not really practical to use, but oh well ! Oh and one more thing, if you like toast in the morning, bring a toaster! lol, there wasn't one in the kitchen. We enjoyed out time there and we would stay there again knowing how the house works now.

Will not be staying here again

The property manager was able to let us check in early as requested, but we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. Also, I have never slept in a more uncomfortable and worn out bed. Luckily we were only there two nights. The kitchen could use more supplies such as dish soap. We loved the location and the wildlife. With just a few changes, this could be a fantastic VRBO.

Perfect Getaway

We decided to go away for the 4th of July to this beautiful house out in Canyon Lake and couldn’t be happier we did this. It was a very nice clean and well equipped home and beautiful views. Will definitely recommend this place and I would certainly rebook from April. Thanks again we loved our time away
