We want you to feel like this is your escape to the peaceful country living by the crystal blue lake. The views of the lake and Triple Peak are amazing. You will be close to Guadalupe River adventures. Star gazing from the deck at night makes you realize you are far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Bring your boat, jet ski, kayak or RV, we have a space for you to park it! Planning a retreat? We are great space that is very relaxing, and welcoming. Inside our home: You will be welcomed by a large open floor plan into the kitchen, dining and living room and a beautiful view on the main level. The property has high speed internet. The living room and each bed room have a television with a Roku device and remote. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils for your home cooked meals. There is a coffee bar area for your morning coffee or tea. The huge island is large enough for your biggest meals with family and friends. The dining table with a bench and kitchen island barstools offer seating for 12. There is ample seating in the living room with several couches, a table with 4 seats and a cute reading area with a chaise. The sunroom on the main level has two walls of windows to enjoy a panoramic view of the lake and hill country scenery. Relax on our comfy couch which is also a queen pull out bed with Sealy Royale mattress. There is a desk if you would like to work or read. The sunrise from the sunroom is one you do not want to miss. The oversized master bedroom has a king bed and a couch with a queen pull out bed with Sealy Royale mattress. You can work from home, if you need to, in private with the coffee table in the master that pulls up for a working desk. The secondary bedroom on the main level has a comfortable queen bed for a great night’s rest and the best view of the lake and Triple Peak. The downstairs bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, large comfy chair that converts to a twin pull out bed with comfortable mattress, and writing desk. This room has an attached bathroom. There are two full bathrooms in the home. The upstairs bathroom on the main level and has a walk-in shower and the second bathroom in the downstairs bedroom has a bathtub and shower combo. The laundry room downstairs has a full-sized washer and dryer. Entertain while you grill outside with our Bonus Space in the garage. Gather on the couches and stools in the large space. You can dine al fresco in the shade on the backyard patio under the deck. Whether you like to have an evening glass of tea or wine while you relax under the moon or you enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise, we hope your stay is a peaceful experience. In the Area: The house is a few blocks away from Boat Ramp #2\. Canyon Lake also offers several public parks for lake access only a few miles away. If you plan to go tubing, the Guadalupe River Tubing at the Horseshoe is very close by as is the Whitewater Ampitheater. It is only a short trip to Gruene, New Braunfels, Wimberly, wineries, breweries, Guadalupe State Park, Blanco State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns and shopping in San Marcos. Pet friendly was an amazing bonus, The backyard wasn't exactly pet friendly for my pup, but the beautiful neighborhood was very walkable, so we enjoyed that. This was such a lovely home to relax over the Christmas Holiday. It was so quiet! The view off the back balcony at night was amazing. I imagined being at a Swiss Chalet with the rolling hills and holiday lights on the homes nestled into them. Everything you need to relax and be you’re your family is there for you. The game room on the bottom level adds a special element to your time with family or friends. And, to top it off...this property is not only family friendly, but pet friendly, too! Even our two pups were made to feel at home with special blankets to cover the couch so they could feel at home. The master on the main level was especially roomy to include a very large closet to store all your luggage (and the presents we were hiding before Christmas morning!). The only thing that I would like to note. You need to walk down two sets of stairs to get to a door where you can let your pup out directly into the backyard. So if you have an older pup you will need to adjust accordingly. But no worries! Even if you forgot the lead for your pup, there is one provided so you can take your pup on a nice long walk around the neighborhood. And the neighbors are very friendly, as were the bucks and does we saw along the way. We 100% recommend this wonderful home to anyone with a family and pups. Thank you to the Sisneros for such a welcomed stay!! We hope to be back soon!! (And fingers crossed the lake levels go up too!) ##### Liz E. Nice 3 bedroom house with plenty of extra pantry basics and amenities. Perfect for our two families of 4 adults and 4 children. We had an extra bedroom for another couple that couldn’t come. Beds could be a little softer. Had a great open kitchen living space. This house had room for kids to play. If you had toddlers, you would need a gate for the top of the stairs. This house is close to the boat ramp and plenty of parking for 3-4 cars and a boat. The house also has a pool key for use of the club house pool down the street. It also has a garage that was turned into a game room with a separate air conditioner that could be turned on. Easy check-in and check out procedures. We stayed at this house for my bachelorette party - there were 10 of us girls. The kitchen and living area were perfect for big meals and late night conversations! We didn’t pull out all the couch mattresses because the couches were comfortable themselves and we had plenty of room to sleep 10\. The deck is perfect for morning coffee and even though the lake is low, the view is beautiful!! The hosts were so responsive to any questions I had and they even accommodated an early check in for us. I cannot say enough great things about our stay!! This house has everything you need and more. Plenty of extra bedding and pillows. We didn't have any kids but I did see play cribs, high chairs, plates and spoons for the little ones. The owners really thought of everything. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. There was a cute coffee bar that had everything we could need. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, pots/pans and kitchen towels. We made use of the BBQ pit and there was plenty of seating for everyone. The house did get a little hot at night but we did stay in 100°+ heat. The main refrigerator took a while to cool down and the garbage disposal didn’t work properly but those were not deal breakers for us. We had a great time at the property and would book again. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet, the views were amazing and the house was cozy and welcoming. ##### Erica C. This property is gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice. Had a tiny mishap with the door code. But it didn’t matter that it was 9:30 pm, host unlocked through the app within seconds of me messaging and fixed the door code. View is gorgeous. It had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. We rented this home due to the proximity being just around the corner from my mother. We had one big holiday celebration for Christmas between the two houses. The house comfortably slept 6 adults, 2 teens and 3 kids. There was plenty of beds or couches with fresh linens and pillows. The owners were available if we needed them and the house was stocked with items to help with cooking, making coffee in the morning and even a fire at night. We played a mean game of poker that went into the wee hours and the table and poker set onsite made this an epic event. The helpful notes around the house were an extra touch that we appreciated. Wi-fi was good. Dishes, appliances, etc. were all good. Boat ramp was a short 5 minute drive from the house. Driveway for boat/RV was nice. Bedrooms were nice. Garage / game room was nice with poker and bag-toss. A little more view of the lake would be nice, but the partial view was still very pretty. There are deer all around the neighborhood. We saw the guy across the street hand-feeding them one evening. Parking at the boat ramp gets pretty crowded so launch early or take a car down to the ramp around 8 or 9 to save a spot for your trailer. Thank you for a great stay! ##### EDMUND R. This house was incredibly cleaned and well stocked. There are so many little details that made it a convenient and easy stay, from a phone charging dock to a stocked coffee bar and toiletries. We made it a packed weekend with a concert at whitewater amphitheater, which is only 12 minutes away, and then rented a boat on Canyon Lake the next day.
