 Welcome to Country Sunsets at Coddiwomple Cottages—where rustic charm meets thoughtful design for the perfect Canyon Lake getaway. This uniquely themed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home is part of a curated four-plex, with each unit offering its own unforgettable character. Country Sunsets boasts memorable details, a private hot tub, and easy access to Hill Country attractions, making it a dream retreat for families, friends, and bridal parties alike.  
  
Step inside and be greeted by the showstopping master suite downstairs, featuring a plush king bed framed by a one-of-a-kind headboard and footboard crafted from a classic Chevy truck. A mounted TV adds modern convenience, while the adjacent downstairs bathroom continues the theme with a custom vanity repurposed from an antique sewing machine and a walk-in shower.  
  
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional spacious bedrooms, each with comfortable king beds and thoughtful western flair. A shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects the rooms and features rustic corrugated metal shower walls and charming country fixtures that tie into the overall aesthetic.  
  
The galley kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful, with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, granite countertops, and all the tools you need to whip up a hearty Texas breakfast or an evening feast. Just off the kitchen, the dining area centers around a striking farmhouse table with cowhide-upholstered seating for eight and a convenient coffee bar equipped with both Keurig and drip coffee makers.  
  
The vaulted living room invites you to unwind in style, with two buttery-soft leather sofas and a large mounted TV for movie nights or catching the big game. Outside, enjoy your private back patio, complete with a dining set for four and a hot tub shaded for year-round enjoyment.  
  
Guests also enjoy access to the shared backyard area, fully fenced for safety and comfort, with a communal kids' playscape, dedicated propane grill for each unit, and a spacious grassy area ideal for lawn games or stargazing under the wide Texas skies.  
  
Country Sunsets is located just off FM 306—conveniently close to all the best that Canyon Lake has to offer. You’re only:  
\-12 minutes (7.7 miles) to Whitewater Amphitheater  
\-5 minutes (2.8 miles) to Canyon Park with swim beaches and boat ramps  
\-3 minutes (1.7 miles) to Brookshire Brothers Grocery

\-Security cameras are in use and are located at the front door and on each corner of the building covering the entry points and parking areas.
