As soon as you walk into Hill Country Vibe, warm natural light pools into this space accenting the high ceilings. The living room is complete with a comfortable sofa and a couple of arm chairs for guests to relax in after a long day at the lake. A large flatscreen television in this space is perfect for a fun movie night with friends. This space also features a cozy corner highlighting a beautiful stone fireplace where you can get comfortable with a good book. This open floor space flows right into the kitchen and dining space, where guests can share a meal together. Sitting outside by the pool and listening to the sound of the waterfall it’s just so relaxing. The only thing is if you like to cook you do need pots and pans there’s not enough pans at this location. Other than that it is amazing and we do plan on returning again. We made the rental arrangements at the last minute, even though it was a last-minute rental it was very smooth property manager got back with us right away and we really enjoyed our stay ##### David & Laura R. The property was absolutely spectacular. I hope to return in the future, the bedrooms, bathrooms and living area all very clean and great size. The pool and backyard was just stunning. Beautiful pool and sceneries to take in. Also enjoyed the jaccousi and outdoor tv, great for college football. Burn ban was in effect so we didn't take advantage of the fire pit but would have. The rooms were clean, but we rented for 10 people and were only given 7 towels.The social areas and kitchen were very dirty. The pool chairs were covered in dust and had spill stains.The kitchen is incomplete; it only has two small pots and a small frying pan, and the coffee maker doesn't work. There were 10 of us, and I had to buy food all weekend because I couldn't cook for 10 people. BUT…Hot tub had June bugs. Patio wasnt swept or wiped down. Outside kitchen not maintained. Cornhole board rotted. Not enough pots and pans. No pot holders. Glasses and cups chipped and cracked. No games or cards. No welcome package or instructions. Not enough towels. Towels were cheap. Washing machine and coffee pot didnt work correctly. 1/2 bottle of hand soap in house. No laundry products. Not enough room in outside trash container for our trash as 6 bags of trash were already there. Could be wonderful property if a little care given. ##### Vickie F. We arrived to find the property all full of dust, stained bedsheets, dirty countertops, stained table mats, electricity in one room was not working, the outdoor patio was not on its best cleanliness, the pool water was so cold and the fountain wasn’t working. It is a gorgeous house but just because it’s a bit old it seems that it’s been neglected, specially the landscaping. Proper housekeeping could have made a HUGE impact in our stay. It seems that this has been an issue for a while now, according to previous reviews, we decided to give it a shot since you would assume that the reviews were taken seriously. We contacted support and during the whole stay, property management failed to contact me directly. We had to figured it out self for the pool and the electricity issue.Lastly, there was pet hair everywhere, no pool towels, not a heated pool and kitchen did not have all essentials.We still had a great time and made the best out of it since the location of the property was quiet and peaceful. ##### Karen C. Traveled with a recently injured spouse, house was wheelchair and walker friendly! Our only complaints are the kitchen sink backed up, AC had a hard time keeping up at 70, house had cobwebs in window corners, dishwasher is not attached to cabinets, abundance of light switches that were unknown uses. This house is great even including these minor inconveniences. Would love to visit again even if to just chill in pool! Thank you all! ##### Taylor H. Jul 14, 2023 Liked: Check-in, location #### Disappointing (Third Party Managed) Hill Country Oasis Great house, although a bit dated as far as appliances and upgrades go. There is no welcome information packet, so many of the quirks of the house (shower faucet, AC, hot water ) caused extreme frustration dealing with the management company. To top it off, it was 10pm the day we arrived with no AC and one lady from the management group couldn't have been more rude, then hung up on me. We finally got it sorted with a few service trips out to fix the AC and tell us how the faucet and hot water worked. We ended up having a great time, but it was touch and go to start there for the first 24-36 hours (half our stay!). The pool made the trip in this 100+ degree heat. ##### Harper G.
