You'll also find a gas grill out back for burgers and dogs. After meals, switch on the gas fireplace, kick back in the living area, and watch your favorite movies and shows thanks to the complimentary cable and streaming services. This home also includes a private washer/dryer to help you keep your laundry under control and central air-conditioning for hot summer days. Things to Know Check in time: 4:00 PM. Check out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Due to recent increases in water levels some boat ramps have been opened on Canyon Lake. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18 and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry. For the most up to date water levels and ramp openings please visit the mycanyonlake website. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. We booked this property for the weekend of July 4th- which happened to be during the catastrophic flooding event. Although trip insurance was not purchased I feel like that trip should have been refunded due to the severe circumstances around the area. We did stay one of 2 nights purchased but we were unable to enjoy to area due to the tragedy at hand. I will say although the home itself was cute there were issues with dirty bedding in the master bedroom that hadn’t been changed obviously. The water also smells the home up with a sulfur smell when the shower was used. ##### Amberly P. My issues are with how the flooding situation was handled and the lack of compassion for a refund. There was no trip insurance purchased, however I disagree with the policy. There are extreme circumstances which that should be overlooked. Many people died down there and there was rain the entire weekend and there was no lax in the rule. I find it bad on Vacasa to have no flexibility to cancel out. Also the home had dirty bedding in the master and the water smelled badly of sulfur when we showered.
