The house was very clean, from the kitchen to the beds/towels. The kitchen is one of the best-stocked we’ve seen: plenty of pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware. The living-room TV setup kept everyone entertained in the evenings, and there was more than enough space for our group of six (four adults and two young girls).The location is ideal: less than 10 minutes to Potter’s Creek Park for lake access, but tucked away on a quiet street so we could relax without road noise. Communication with Joe was fast and friendly from booking all the way through checkout—he checked in just enough to make sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling intrusive.Overall, an excellent stay that exceeded expectations.
