The space The owners didn’t hold back on anything, wanting you to appreciate all the conveniences of home. Finished in custom colors and accented with cedar trim, custom barn door, Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring, Limestone accent wall in kitchen and granite counters in both kitchen and bath. Amenities include Hunter ceiling fan, Vizio flat screen Smart TV, full size dresser plus bedside tables, full linen closet, clothes closet with hanging space plus shelving. A new A/C system is set to keep you cool even on the hottest of days! Enjoy the cozy pillowtop queen mattress with upgraded linens. The kitchenette is fully stocked to start and finish your day with Keurig coffee maker and coffee, a blender to enjoy a smoothie or margarita, a mini fridge, toaster oven plus convection microwave and separate sink. An intimate table for two is perfect to enjoy a meal or get some work done. (please note there is no cooktop or oven, only toaster oven and convection microwave).
