This 2/1 tiny home is perfect for a single family w/ kids, dogs are welcome. Just a ride up the hill from the Lake. Enjoy a huge fenced-in yard with a lock & key gate in front and back. You're on a Natural mineral fed well perfectly safe for drinking, fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher. Bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower with all the amenities. There's a large frig under the carport, washer and dryer right next to that. Spacious sunroom with breakfast nook and dining area. Property wasn't anything like their web site. Sleeping arrangements were a regular size bed, a single lumpy bed, small couch with a foot stool and had to use supplied air mattress. Advertised pool was a plastic kiddie pool. Trampoline has holes in it. Cats all over the place crawling on top of our cars. The kitchen was dirty. Property was way over-priced. Wouldn't recommend this property. Good thing was it was pet-friendly with a fenced in yard that our dog could run around in and chase the cats. TV didn't work and a neighbor had to get it working. Communication with owner is wonderful and very attentive and came with a solution that semi worked, but better than nothing. Other than that this place is what we expected and as showed online.
