"Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. They answered all my questions and told me everything that was included with my stay. The lobby and hotel in general was very well maintained. It was my first stay and I’ll definitely be back."

"The property is nice and the amenities are nice and well maintained. The kids really enjoyed the treetop course and the magic quest activity. It was crowded and loud, which you can sort of expect with this type of place. We tried to plan around peak crowd times and that made it more enjoyable. Plan to spend some money … the water park is included but everything else is expensive. The rooms are spacious and very nice. They overbilled us, so be sure to check your credit card statement after checkout. They did correct it but it was a process. The property is right across from a large casino with lots of restaurants. We did not eat on property but there were a few options that looked decent."

"There was a nice breakfast available and the location was quick to the aquarium and mystic village. The gym was being renovated so I didn’t use that. There was ample parking. The rooms were fine, nothing fancy, and there was a musty smell. But, overall decent place for a quick stay."

"Checked in and had problem with tv’s but we were quickly moved to another very clean room. Check in and out was quick and seamless. Staff were very polite and breakfast was fine. Would definitely stay again!"
