This house is in a quiet area, so after 9pm the quiet times are to be respected. \*We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged to your card when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property. \*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.
