Tolle Unterkunft!!! Alles absolut zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Sie ist wunderschön, angenehm und sehr entspannend. Und alle sind super nett. Das einzige ist, der Service ist sehr sehr langsam. Also Geduld mitbringen! Ansonsten auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

This ITC grand Goa is a super resort with a serene atmosphere and excellent facilities. The rooms are high quality and sufficiently luxurious. The resort caters to all your needs and has a very good spa and reasonable gym. Surprised to also find a steam room and sauna. The outside pool was large and very well maintained. The beech was pristine and had an annexed restaurant right there. The surrounding gardens were beautifully maintained. The main buffet was very good and there were other al la carte options for variety. In all a worthy five star rating and I can’t wait to come back.

ITC Grand is a great property with very good service, food and access to a beautiful, clean and safe beach. That said, it looks like like host wedding every single day during the wedding season, so be prepare for it (happy and sometimes noise guests, music when you want to relax or sleep,..). The staff make everything possible to reduce the inconvenience, but sometimes it is inevitable

Great property
The property is fabulous but the house keeping mas really sad. The room did not have bathrobs and me had to ask for them. Every day cleaning of the room was not done till very late in the afternoon and there would always be some thing missing . We had to call them for evening service every evening. After-we Complained action was taken and on the last evening the room was done as it should have been since the beginning.

Amazing property set right next to Arossim beach, where you can relax as well as try water sports, with not much crowd around. Buffet spread is huge, and you can try from local Goan, to Indian & Asian food in all meals. The resort also has multiple pools, game room, and lush green lawns leading to the beach. There are buggy services to take you to the beach as well, although they may not be available 24 x 7. The check-in experience was a bit underwhelming. We arrived early, and had to ask for some water/drinks after an hour while the room was being prepared. Was given the room another half hour later when I myself enquired about the status again. Also, no walkthrough of the property & amenities. That being said, the stay was awesome and more than compensated for the check-in!
