Located on First Street – right up the road from the Coaster Theater and the Lazy Susan Café – The House at Cannon Beach is waiting for you, your family and friends.  
You are less than a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the amenity-rich historic downtown Cannon Beach including Lazy Susan Cafe for breakfast (and their homemade marionberry scones), Ecola Seafood Market (for fresh catch of the day), Mariner Market (for all your groceries) and Schwieterr’s Cones & Candies (for your sweet tooth!)  
  
With a beautiful new deck and fire pit located at the front of the house, it is a perfect place for coffee in the morning and your favorite adult beverage in the evening. Lights strung above the deck add their own touch of starlight to this perfect evening oasis.  
  
Enter this newly remodeled home and find the spacious living room to your right and the kitchen and dining room to your left. You’ll feel right at home in the modern yet cozy living room with a large sofa and recliner chair. New furnishings and whimsical art– with a great PNW beachy vibe – allow you to settle in and comfortably relax. The gas stove creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for chilly mornings.  
  
A light and airy remodeled kitchen with new appliances, dishes and kitchen supplies awaits you! Friends and family will gather in the welcoming dining room with a large table for games and meals. With a small deck just off the dining room – check out that gas BBQ – you can easily cook outside depending upon the menu of the day.  
  
This floor features a newly remodeled bathroom, with a shower and a stackable washer and dryer nearby for easy access. Plants in every room make you feel at home.   
   
Upstairs are three bedrooms, each slightly different but all offering new mattresses and linens.  
   
The first bedroom has a king bed and views of the water. It offers a large closet for everything you want to bring. A convenient bench seat and leather chaise with peek-a-boo views of the ocean is a perfect place to watch the waves. Plenty of light comes from the large windows, while unique art adds whimsy and charm.  
   
The second bedroom has full over full bunk beds with new mattresses, perfect for kids or anyone who likes a cozy nook for themselves.  The bunks have individual lights and a bench seat provides the perfect place to get comfy with a book. The moody color scheme makes this a favorite room for rainy days.  
   
The third roomy bedroom has a king bed with new mattress, lots of natural light with a large closet. The surf décor and plants makes it a welcoming spot.  
   
A newly remodeled, roomy bathroom with shower/tub completes the upstairs with fun wallpaper, art and lighting. The deep skylight offers extra light, giving this space a clean and calming feel.  
   
The House at Cannon Beach sits in a well-established neighborhood with large, mature pines and a dedicated parking in the back of the house so you never need to worry about finding a spot for your car.  You will hear the waves when you pull up so you can relax and get into vacation mode the minute you arrive!

Very cozy clean beach house. Pet friendly and we loved the basket with a doggy bone and basket of towels just for the dog and a sheet to cover where he slept. Location was great and just steps from the beach and walking distance to the shops and restaurants.

#### Excellent Get-Away

This was the perfect spot for the 4 of us (2 couples amd our 2 year old dog). The beach was beautiful and may be Charlie's new favorite place on earth. We loved the home and the access to the town as well as the beach. We hope to return again in the near future!
