Weekend Getaway
Location was amazing! Just a short walk away from the beach! Great distance from downtown Cannon Beach! It was dog friendly which was a plus for us. For the price the place was great. Check in and check out was easy. The only downfall was one of our lights did not work in the living room area. Other than that would come again.

Great short walk to the beach
Cute little place a couple of blocks from the beach. Overall a decent place to spent a couple of nights. One light fixture burned out and some of the plugs in the kitchen didn’t work, could use a better cleaning between renters, was dusty . Also could use a rug or mat at the door and a sponge mop to clean floor. Gutters at the front door need cleaning as we stayed during a rain storm and porch was flooded. We will rent again in the future, overall a nice little place by the beach

Perfect spot for 2 people !
We loved this perfectly located spot in Cannon Beach! Hardly needed to use the car we could walk everywhere! It was just my teenage son and I and we enjoyed having separate spots to sleep! Everything you need in the kitchen to cook meals too! We loved walking into town, to Haystack Rock and we were only a few minutes from coffee and great dining ! Locking the door and unlocking a little tricky - was glad to have a teen with me. I would bring your own hair-dryer and a steamer or iron as their dryer is weak and there is no closet or much space to hang your clothes and no iron or steamer. ;) Would absolutely stay here again!

Cabin is cute and cozy. Carpet is disgusting. Sign request shoe removal, not on that carpet.
Code to get in very long, fireplace decided to keep going well past set temp. I called only number given and got no help. Opened all windows and thermostat at 60, it finally quit. Could have been dangerous.

Great inexpensive and close to the beach
We enjoyed our stay in #5 at Hidden Villa Cottage in Cannon Beach. Close enough (2 blocks) to the beach and a few blocks from downtown shopping and eateries. We walked everywhere, enjoyed the beach, slept well in the cozy little cottage. Perfect for two people and a third little one or doggy family member. The ONLY problem is the dirty carpet it needs to cleaned or replaced. Otherwise it was a gem. Thank you!

We made a spontaneous trip to Cannon Beach in January when the weather was sunny and not to miss. In looking for a place that was not terribly expensive, we found this spot. Although there are several fees that end up adding up, it was a good location and a nice spot to stay. We were just a block and a half from the beach and an easy access to downtown. This makes the location just about perfect.

Lovely Cottage
My best friend and I stayed here for a quick girls’ getaway. The place was clean, cute, and so cozy. We spent about half our stay visiting indoor when it was rainy, and we had plenty of space to relax and space in the kitchen for the food (and wine) (and whiskey) we brought. It is a PERFECT location on a tiny street in a picturesque neighborhood, just a short 5 minute walk from the beach! It is walking distance as well to stores and restaurants. Both of us want to return with our spouses, we loved the place so much. Thank you!

Wonderful Cottage
We enjoyed our 1 night at this cozy cottage. We loved that it had a small kitchen, it was clean and very quiet. The cottage is on a beautiful side street close to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely go back.

The cottage was not very clean. The blanket on the bed had a large stain on it and did not appear to be laundered prior to our visit. The day bed had a considerable amount of dog hair from the previous guests. There were cobwebs in The living room and a spider with web in the bathroom. Both blankets are very thin and there aren’t extras. The hot water does not get very hot, we both showered with it all the way up and wanted a little higher temperature. The bathroom sink barely drains so it fills with water immediately upon turning on that faucet and takes several minutes to drain. We had a great trip but both agreed we would stay elsewhere next time. Maybe this is the norm in this price range in cannon beach but it felt like it should have been better.

AMAZING!

The cottage was in a great location, walking distance to beach and town. Perfect size for a couple, clean enough. My only issue was there was no pot in the coffee maker and I sent a couple of questions ahead of time and got no response. Overall I would recommend this cottage.

Loved the location. the house is pretty tiny with small doors and bathroom... it’s not much! But that’s what makes it perfect. no frills and perfect location! all the windows are new and open to get the crisp air. they have a big box fan for white noise/cool off the place. there is a coffee machine with filters... bring your own beans/grounds. loved that it was dog friendly.

Nice SMALL cottage.
This is a nice small cottage located between Haystack Rock and downtown Cannon Beach. Beyond just two people would make this cottage extremely small. Parking was easy in the assigned spot. The neighborhood surrounding the cottage was very quiet. My only complaints are they need a couple of coat hooks on the back of the front door and they need a need mattress. We did not sleep the best on the very old mattress.

Quaint Lil Cottage
Two humans and two pups stayed for a week in this comfy cottage. The fireplace kept the place warm and cozy. The kitchen had the basics and the knives were actually sharp! Loved the brewmaster coffee pot that was there. (FYI there was no can opener and it would have been nice to have another cutting board and a couple more kitchen towels) The location was super close to the beach and amazing coffee at the Sleepy Monk (the Monastery Blend was amazing.). Shopping is an easy few blocks away. We would love to come stay again!!

Perfect for a couple!
This was my wife’s first time in Cannon Beach and we stayed for our honeymoon. Easy walking distance to the sleepy monk coffee and pelican brewing and to the main shopping area downtown. Only 3 blocks from the beach. The cottage was very cute and super small but not uncomfortable, more like a tiny house. The bathroom is small but very cute and comfortable. Great shower head and consistent water temp. The couch bed in the living room is very comfortable and we found ourselves using the table as a stand and using our laptop as a TV to watch YouTube at night. The bed was pretty comfortable nothing to write home about but I had no problems sleeping. Plenty of outlets for charging electronics. When it got hot there was a fan in the room which we placed on the windows sill facing out an open window which really cooled down the place. Plenty of clean towels. The home does have Wifi but the neighbors and I were were having a problem where DNS would not work periodically for up to 10 minutes and power cycling the router would get it working again. I gave 4/5 for cleanliness because the carpets had slight stains and were a little damp when we got there but everything else was spotless. The note for leaving said that we could be nice and start a load of laundry if we wanted but it was not clear where the washing machine and dryer were... it’s not super private as you share the parking lot and small bbq/ yard area with 5 other units and if they have kids or loud dogs it can be distracting but if you like meeting new people it’s not a problem we found that most couples went out to explore during the day. Would definitely stay again!

All the things you would need were there. Lovely linens and plenty of them. We only stayed for 2 nights but if you stayed longer, a hamper would be a good addition. All the working windows were great to have. In the back, the sparrows were singing away and it was nice to hear in the morning and evening. In terms of improvements, there could be a “remove shoes” rack supplied because it was hard to manage that as you walk in the front door. Also maybe supply visitors with a couple rags to use for clean up or wiping off the outdoor chairs to use. Lastly, the carpet should really be replaced with an updated vinyl flooring and area rug for those visitors who have pet accidents. It smelled and it was hard for us to sit in the living room enjoyably.

Lovely little cottage
Quaint cottage: much like a tiny house, it has all the basic amenities and just enough room for two adults, a child, and a dog. It’s tucked away just off the main road, so it’s nice and quiet but an easy walk to the beach, the local coffee shop, and downtown area. We were grateful for the hose/dog wash station right outside our door so we could hose off our sandy pup! Our only complaint was with the parking; our neighbors didn’t seem to understand which parking space they belonged in, so we ended up having to park wherever we could fit since our space was almost always taken. Otherwise, we’d recommend this place and would consider going back!
