We really enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. The Apartments are basic, but the private beach is amazing and we spend all day at the lake with the kids. Lots of Pizza options close by. The hotel staff is super friendly and always available. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Might come back next summer!

Es waren sehr schöne Urlaubstage. Je nachdem wer an der Reception arbeitete,wurde bei Problemen schnell oder gar nicht geholfen. Schwierig ist die Parkplatzsituation,aber notfalls muss man einige Meter mehr laufen.Das Appartement enthält alles,was man braucht, allerdings wäre mal wieder eine Renovierung nötig,aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Super der Privatstrand und das gastronomische Angebot im Ort.

Für Familie mit zwei Kinder war der Raum zu klein. Auf der Buchung war das Doppel Bettsofa mit Kingsize angeschrieben, war aber nicht so. Zwei Erwachsene hätten da nicht Platz und dass, das Bettsofa im gleichen Raum war wie Küche und Wohnzimmer finde ich nicht so genial.

Unterkunft ist nahe der Uferpromenade von Cannobio, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Hotel selber und Einrichtung sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (es war aber alles sauber). Parkplatz vorhanden.

Das Studio war nicht nach Bild vom Internet. Balkon Aussicht war nicht mit Seesicht. Der Balkon war seitlich und ein Haus versperrte die Aussicht. Nach hinten hatten wir eine Dschungelhafte Aussicht. Eventuell stand beim Buchen im kleingedruckten, Aussicht kann vom Bild abweichen, dies weiss ich nicht.. Es war sehr ruhig, sauber und die grösse war auch in Ordnung.

Posto molto gradevole e tranquillo; spiaggetta privata ben attrezzata è forse la cosa che mi è piaciuta di più, insieme con la cortesia del personale alla reception. Da migliorare la dotazione dell’angolo cottura del residence (mancavano alcune stoviglie, posate ed attrezzi da cucina).

una buona accolgienza

piccolo residence su tre piani con ascensore, no aria condizionata, ma con parcheggio, spiaggia privata e nel verde . una buona sistemazione a prezzo interessante composta da: una cucina arredata e accessoriata con divano letto standard, un ampio bagno con bidet e vasca, un disimpegno, una camera da letto comoda e un balconcino dove poter anche pranzare. la reception è presso l'hotel campagna a 50 metri e la spiaggia è sempre lì vicino. la manutenzione e la pulizia in generale è buona , ma il televisore è piccolo piccolo col vecchio tubo che prende pochissimi canali e le copertine dei letti che avrebbero bisogno di una buona rinfrescata, comunque il prezzo è molto interessante per quello che offre e il confine svizzero e a due passi con prezzi alti alti....
