The stay was marvelous. I have been to Cannes several times and this is my favorite area to stay as it is very near the beach, wonderful restaurants and cafes but away from the busier areas. The villa accommodations were exactly what I was looking for in a more historic building with an authentic experience. The flat was very spacious with a great deal of historic character maintained. If this is the experience you are looking for this is an excellent choice with all the comforts of a home. If you are looking for a modern hotel this is not that-which is what makes this villa experience so exceptional.

Die Wohnung ist direkt am Strand und dazu gibt es einen Parkplatz, was super war, da einen Parkplatz zu finden in der Gegend sehr schwer war.Zusätzlich gab es noch einen Aufzug ,sodass wir nicht die Treppen hoch laufen mussten bis zum Dachgeschoss.

#### Ehemalige Prinzessinenvilla im ruhigen Hinterhof!

Diese Villa ist ein besonderes Gebäude! Erbaut von russischen Prinzessinnen ( laut Vermieterin) empfängt einem erst einmal ein Treppenaufhang mit riesigem Wandgemälde. Der Glasaufzug ermöglicht ein komplettes Betrachten während der Fahrt!Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stock und ist komplett ausgestatet mit allen Dingen, die man benötigt!Hinweis zur Barrierefreiheit:bis zum Aufzu sind es 3 oder4 Stufen. Die Dusche ist einen Schritt hoch. Ansonsten war die Wohnung für meine Mutter, die am Rollator geht, gut geeignet.Strom und Wasser werden nach Verbrauch abgerechnet, was fair ist.Die Lage an zweiter Reihe zum Strand und auch fussläufig in die Innenstadt, waren perfekt! Wir würden die Wohnung empfehlen!
