The loft-style open-space base was conducive for the owners to redecorate and give it a very special personality, punctuated with art pieces and modernist furniture. The covered outdoor terrace is a well-designed living space with a fully equipped summer kitchen featuring a gas plancha, sink, small fridge, coffee machine, and a shower room with toilet. The house of approximately 200m2 is accessed by descending a staircase, with an independent air-conditioned bedroom with its own bathroom on the right. A few steps lower, you reach the entrance hall with a view of the beautiful, bright living room, terrace, and pool. On the left is the living room. A TV with a quality billiards table is on the right. A toilet. The living-dining-kitchen area opens to the pool and garden. This space is not air-conditioned but remains cool thanks to the large covered terrace at the front. The layout is high-quality, with a fully equipped kitchen, a back kitchen, and a laundry room. Via the open staircase, you reach the first floor where a walkway leads to three bedrooms. The first bedroom has its own bathroom, while the other two share the third bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Outside, the large solid covered terrace houses a summer living room, dining area, and an outdoor kitchen equipped with a sink, small fridge, and plancha. The pool area is private and equipped with sun loungers and parasols. A lovely partially shaded garden is located alongside the house. At the entrance, there is a private car parking, and a private parking space is available on the street within the domain. 10 minutes from downtown Cannes, 5 minutes from highway access, 25 minutes from Nice international airport.
