The Artists’ Retreat is located on the 2nd and top floor of a traditional Cannes building with no elevator. The decor is inspired by the artistic spirit that has left its mark on the city over the years.

🛋️ Bright living room: comfortable seating area with a sofa, smart TV, and air conditioning.  
🍽️ Open, fully equipped kitchen: stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and utensils.  
🛌 Master bedroom: double bed with built-in storage.  
🚿 Modern bathroom: walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.  
👉 Wi-Fi and air conditioning available in the living room.  
  
The apartment is located in a traditional building, close to all amenities.  
  
🚶 Pedestrian access: 3 minutes on foot from Cannes train station and steps from République Avenue.  
🚗 Parking: available at Parking République (3 min walk) or Parking Vauban (7 min walk).

#### Lovely apartment very close to the croisette

Our stay was perfect! The apartment is cozy and has just the perfect size. Very clean, quite and everything you need at the right place. We loved that it is just 10 minutes walk to the Croisette! Everything near by. Would definitely recommend it.
