Besides being only 300 meters from the Palais des Festivals and La Croisette, you will find numerous excellent restaurants (New York, Zoa Bar, L’Epicurieux, Fervor…), bars, and local shops within just a few hundred meters. The iconic Rue d’Antibes, Cannes’ main shopping street, is only 10 meters away. The SNCF and bus stations are just 100 meters from the property, less than a 3-minute walk.
