The room was a great little 1 bedroom apartment on the top floor. It had a balcony that gave amazing views of the mountains on one side and the promenade on the other. The staff were polite and helpful, greeting us eachtime we walked past the front desk.

This is our 5 time here. It is not fancy but the rooms are a good size and we like to cook a few times on our extended stay. We walk to town mostly even as it is a little ways. So we like the location.

Nice space with balcony and seats outside. The kitchen had a stovetop and microwave oven refrigerator and dishwasher. 8th floor had more outside terrace with chairs and a view of the Mediterranean. Laundry is available for a fee 5 euros for wash and 3 euros for drying. Nice clean machines. Definitely a lot of outside smoking which wafted into room on 7th floor when windows open or out on the balcony. Great price and nice amenities

Good place to stay
Good location and apartment had a lot of space. Breakfast is expensive for what you get so I would buy something elsewhere for better value and better quality.

Good location but staff needs some work!
We stayed here for 4 nights in August. The studio apartment was basic but met our needs - it was great to have something a bit bigger than a normal standard hotel room. It was very hot so we didn't use the balcony or sun terrace but both looked like great places to chill. The hotel is close to supermarkets, the beach, bus stops and L2 tram line. We were on the road side which was quite noisy in the morning from traffic. We arrived late and we realized when we got to our room that they had given us a double bed rather than 2 singles. The staff member at reception wasn't able to help as he was only a night member of staff which wasn't great. It meant we had to get the situation in the morning but it was sorted quickly. The staff weren't very friendly - they barely acknowledged us when entering or leaving. We also had a fire alarm go off early morning (burnt toast) - once we made our way downstairs, there were no staff around to direct us to a muster spot which let a lot of confused guests in the reception. If this has been a real threart, we wouldn't have known what to do or where to go which was unacceptable. Other than this, it's in a great location and the rooms are decent size.

Cher client.On est desole que votre chambre n'etait pas comme convenue,mai comme vous l'avez vou dit cella à etait regler rapidement.Le personnel de l'hotel fait le maximum pour vous accueillir comme il faut.Concernant l'alarme qui c'est declanche si vous descendite par les escalier de secour vous aller me rancontre car j'avait monter jusq'au 7 etage pour prevenir les client.Sachez que prendre l'asscenseur est totalement deconseille si une allarme incendie se declancher.Cordialement.La reception de Residhome.Roxana

a good value place to stay
The property from the outside doesn't look anything special being on a main road but the rooms were as described in the blurb and were very clean tidy and well kept. We had a room facing away from the road and the balcony and views were great. I wonder if having a balcony overlooking the road may not have been as nice. The terrace on the top floor was quiet and a sun trap. Location is brilliant both for the tram (200m) and the beach 250m . We would definitely go back

We booked a non smoking suite but it was quite small and could smell smoke from before. Disappointed about what the description was and what we got. Only thing really nice was shower room. Toilet was separate and very small. Balcony had no view and was small.

Location is very good. Don’t expect any simple housekeeping: guests have to take the trash bag downstairs to the trash room, have to buy toilet paper. Breakfast is poor and overpriced.

was great clean and secure great area near water and not to far a walk to cityville only small inconvience was the water was set at just above cold so a little invigorating taking a shower probably great in the summer other than that was a fabulous place

We love this Residhome and have stayed there several times. The garden in the rear, the sunny roof terrace and just all around solid amenities. It’s a little distance from “downtown” but a great walk for newcomers.

Great stay in Nice!
We had a great stay here. We wanted a bit of independence so having a wee kitchen with a fridge etc was great to have. It was also nice to have a balcony to sit out on and have a glass of wine. It was a clean and quiet room. There was a 24 hr reception which was good as our flight was very late. They also brought us to the airport at the end of the stay. (40 euros extra)

A comfortable stay in Nice
We had a very comfortable stay at the Residhome Nice Promenade. It is conveniently situated, very clean and with amenities such as a kitchen and balcony that was very welcome. I would stay here again.

Have stayed here before and in the main happy with my recent stay. However the reception area and breakfast area was being re- decorated all the time I was there. Not sure painting the ceiling in the reception area- (difficulty getting to the lift/ stairs) during the day was necessary

Underwhelming but serviceable-would not return.
The hotel clerks were not helpful in giving directions or giving recommendation. The lobby had some brochures. Upon arrival we were informed the washer and dryer were broken. 8 days later they were still broken. The bed size was smaller than expected. On day 2 of an 8 day stay we asked for another roll of toilet tissue and was informed we had to go to store and buy it. It's location was good. But there was a lot of traffic and trash was picked up around midnight.
