Just a 1-minute walk from the beach and 2 minutes from local shops, it is an ideal base for family vacations, stays with friends, or business trips. A spacious and well-equipped interior The apartment consists of a lovely, bright living room with a sofa, dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen: microwave, refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and more. The sleeping area includes four modular bedrooms: • Two large bedrooms with a double bed (160 cm) or two single beds, one of which has a desk. • A medium-sized bedroom with a double bed or two single beds (no window to the outside but with natural light through the art deco glass roof). • A small bedroom with bunk beds (also no window to the outside but with natural light). Two shower rooms with toilets complete the space, making it convenient for a group stay. The apartment was completely renovated in 2025, offering the best possible comfort for business travelers or tourists. It's a perfect starting point for exploring the French Riviera.
