Beautiful apartment, completely renovated, welcomes you in the charming Suquet district, just a few minutes' walk from the Midi beaches, the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals, and the train station.  
Its prime location allows you to fully enjoy the nearby beaches, shops, and restaurants.  
Bright, air-conditioned, tastefully decorated, and peaceful, it offers all the necessary comfort for a most pleasant stay.  
Whether for a holiday or a business trip, this apartment combines comfort, tranquility, and convenience for an unforgettable experience in Cannes.  
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.  
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
