The apartment is ideally located in the Quai Saint Pierre district, perfect for enjoying and exploring the city of Cannes and its must-see attractions: \- Palais des Festivals: 10 min walk / 5 min drive \- Beaches: 5 min walk \- Local shops: 2 min walk \- Restaurants: at the foot of the building \- Public parking: Interparking Cannes – 4 min walk The apartment features a cozy little balcony with a view of the fountain on Quai Saint Pierre. It's a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a drink at the end of the day. The apartment is air-conditioned in the living room only. The bedroom is not air-conditioned but remains cool thanks to its orientation and insulation. The apartment includes a high-speed internet connection. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
