With its balcony and sea view, it offers a bright and comfortable setting in the heart of the city. In the port district, Cannes reveals its most lively atmosphere. The Croisette, the Palais des Festivals and the beaches are all only a few minutes away on foot. Located in a charming building facing the harbor, this studio offers a quiet retreat in the middle of the city’s activity. The living space includes a large bed, TV and air conditioning, opening onto a balcony with sea view. The open kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, hob, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave. The apartment sits on the first floor with elevator access, only two minutes from both the Palais des Festivals and the beaches. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening. Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees. Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee. Before leaving, we ask you to: \- Empty the refrigerator \- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher \- Take out the trash Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit. Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.
