The apartment is ideally located in the quiet, sought-after Croix des Gardes neighborhood, offering a peaceful setting close to downtown Cannes. It boasts a very large south-facing terrace, offering unobstructed sea views. Located in a quiet residence, this 3-room apartment comprises a kitchen opening onto a bright living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. \- Palais des festivals: 25 min walk / 7 taxi-cars / buses \- Beaches: 15 min walk / 5 cab / bus \- Supermarket 10 min walk / 3min taxi-car \- Restaurants / bars 15 min walk / 5 min taxi-car The apartment will be prepared for your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair-trade cotton). We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best. We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability : \- Early check-ins \- Airport transfers \- Welcoming in person on site The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day. It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
