Come to stay in this splendid apartment, located in a beautiful residence a few steps from downtown.  
  
Close to the city center, this 2 room apartment completely renovated, consists of a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a pleasant terrace, a bright bedroom and a bathroom, on the 3rd floor of a beautiful residence. This superb modern apartment of 44m² can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.  
  
The apartment is ideally located in the Carnot district, the main artery of Cannes, perfect to enjoy:  
Palais des festivals : 9 min by car, 13 min by bus and 15 min by foot  
Beaches / Croisette : 8 min by car, 12 min by bus and 17 min by foot  
Supermarket : 2 min by foot and 6 min by car  
Restaurants / bars : 2 at 6 min by car and 1 at 9 min by foot  
Public parking : 4 min by car and 10 min by foot from the Parking Vauban, 3 Rue Raphaël, 06400 Cannes.  
  
The apartment will be prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It also has internet connection and air conditioning in the living room.

Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes.   
We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best.   
  
We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability :

\- Welcoming in person on site   
  
The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day.   
  
It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed.  
  
The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat.   
  
If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee.  
  
We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.  
  
If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture.   
  
\- If you bring an animal into the flat, we will charge you 150€   
\- If you smoke inside the flat, we will charge you 100€  
\- If you party or make to much noise, we will charge you 200€
