Offer you an exceptional stay in Cannes, by taking advantage of this magnificent apartment, entirely renovated, in the heart of a residence of tourism.  
  
Located at 750m from the beaches, in a tourist residence, this renovated 2 rooms apartment of 36m², is composed of a pleasant living room giving access to a terrace with sea view. This apartment has a bedroom, a sleeping area with a bunk bed, and a bathroom. This little corner of paradise is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 children. A parking space is at your disposal in the residence's parking lot.   
  
Ideally located halfway between the Palais des Festivals and the access to the beaches of the Midi, your apartment, nestled in the area of La Croix des Gardes, known for its view overlooking the bay of Cannes, will find the right balance between calmness of the suburbs and almost immediate proximity to the city center.  
Enjoying a setting conducive to relaxation, the various activities offered such as the presence of a tennis court, an infinity pool with a view of the sea open continuously from 15/04 to 06/11, as well as a playground dedicated to the youngest will be your best allies in the excellent progress of your stay!  
  
Taking advantage of a privileged location offering a proximity to the must-sees of Cannes, you will have at your disposal   
\- Palais des festivals: 10 min by taxi/car and 20 min by bus   
\- Beaches: 4 min by taxi/car and 18 min by bus   
\- Supermarket : 5 min by taxi/car  
\- Restaurants / bar: within the residence  
  
The apartment will be prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It also has air conditioning in the living room and an internet connection. Below, the details of the equipment of the apartment:   
\- Living room : TV - sofa - air conditioning   
\- Fully equipped kitchen : fridge - freezer - kettle - toaster - Nespresso machine - microwave - dishwasher  
\- Bedroom : 1 double bed (140)  
\- Sleeping area at the entrance : 1 bunk bed with 2 single beds (90)  
\- Bathroom : bathtub - towel dryer - hair dryer  
\- Independent WC with hand wash   
\- Miscellaneous : ironing board and iron - small cleaning material  
\- A parking space in the basement is at your disposal   
\- 1st floor of the building Cézanne, attention elevator in the residence but not to reach the apartment.   
  
Nevertheless, we would like to draw your attention to the regulated access to the swimming pool, which will be done only by wearing a bracelet provided in your apartment, and the use of the sunbeds, considered as an extra, at a cost of 8€/day or 5€ per half day.  
According to the prerogatives of the syndic of the residence, we will have the regret to charge 50€ for any loss or theft of access bracelets, and count on the understanding of our kind customers.  
  
Services offered in addition:   
\- Early arrival, before 4:00 pm, according to availability  
\- Late departure, departure after 11:00 am, according to availability   
\- Airport transfer / baby bed / concierge / possibility to leave your luggage at the agency / etc...  
  
Bilingual customer service available until 8pm in season.  
  
The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules.  
  
Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes.   
We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best.   
  
We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability :  
  
\- Early check-ins  
\- Airport transfers   
\- Welcoming in person on site   
  
The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day.   
  
It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed.  
  
The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat.   
  
If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee.  
  
We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.  
  
If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture.   
  
\- If you bring an animal into the flat, we will charge you 150€   
\- If you smoke inside the flat, we will charge you 100€  
\- If you party or make to much noise, we will charge you 200€
