Le Suquet overlooks the Old Port and reveals the historic heart of Cannes. Narrow streets, local restaurants and views across the harbor create a unique atmosphere above the city. Within this neighborhood, this spacious apartment offers generous living areas and views over the port. The living room connects with an open kitchen and forms a comfortable central space of the apartment. Three bedrooms are distributed throughout the property, each with access to a private bathroom. A mezzanine area provides a quiet corner within the apartment. Located on the third floor, the apartment places you within walking distance of the beaches, restaurants and the Palais des Festivals. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening. Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees. Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee. Before leaving, we ask you to: \- Empty the refrigerator \- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher \- Take out the trash Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.
