Superb spacious apartment, which enjoys an ideal location close to all amenities as well as a beautiful view of the port of Cannes.  
  
This superb apartment of 88m2 benefits from an ideal location in the suquet with a very beautiful view on the port of Cannes. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a toilet and a quiet corner on the mezzanine.  
  
This fully equipped apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.  
  
Taking advantage of a privileged location offering a proximity with the inescapable of Cannes, you will have of :  
\-Palais des festivals: 9 min walk  
\-Beaches: 7 min walk  
\-Supermarket : 7 min walk  
\-Restaurants / bar : 3 min walk  
\-Parking : Several paying parking lots nearby (less than 10 minutes on foot)  
  
The apartment will be carefully prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It also has reversible air-conditioning in all the rooms of the apartment and wifi.  
  
Below are the details of the equipment:  
\- Living room: TV + sofa + two armchairs  
\- Equipped kitchen open to the living room : refrigerator + kettle + toaster + oven + coffee machine + dishwasher  
\- Toilet: independent WC + washbasin + washing machine + table + chairs  
\- Bedroom 1 : 2 single beds (90), currently set as a single bed but the mattresses can be brought together to make a double bed.  
\- Bathroom 1 : bathtub + double washbasin  
\- Room 2 : 1 single bed (90cm) + access to the bathroom 2 (shower)  
\- Room 3 : 2 single beds (90 cm), currently used as a single bed but the mattresses can be moved closer together to make a double bed + chest of drawers + access to the bathroom 3 (shower)  
\- Mezzanine : Quiet corner + bench + Tv  
\- Equipment : wifi + iron and ironing board + hair dryer  
\- Additional information : 3rd floor without elevator

\- Late check-out, after 11:00 am, subject to availability  
\- Airport transfer / baby bed / concierge / possibility to leave your luggage at the agency / etc...

The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules.  
  
Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes.  
  
We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best.  
  
We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability :  
  
\- Early check-ins  
\- Airport transfers  
\- Welcoming in person on site  
  
The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day.  
  
It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed.  
  
The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat.  
  
If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee.  
  
We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.  
  
If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture.  
  
\- If you bring an animal into the flat, we will charge you 150€  
\- If you smoke inside the flat, we will charge you 100€  
\- If you party or make to much noise, we will charge you 200€
