This hill, overlooking the bay of Cannes, offers the feeling of being in the middle of nature while being close to the city center; with a superb view of the Lerins islands. It is a residential area composed of prestigious villas. During the day you will appreciate the superb sea view on the bay of Cannes, and in the evening the lights of the city will offer you a grandiose show. It is ideal for conventioneers (9 minutes by car from the Palais des Festivals) as well as for vacationers (7 minutes by foot from the beaches). There are bus lines nearby that take you to the beach or to the center of Cannes as well as to the train station. Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes. We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best. We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability : \- Early check-ins \- Airport transfers \- Welcoming in person on site The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day. It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
