Located near the city center, beaches and bars, this beautiful duplex fully equipped, consists of a kitchen open to the living room, with a sofa bed, a mezzanine with bed and a bathroom. This pleasant 31m² apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Ideally located in the Suquet district, perfect for enjoying the city: \- Palais des festivals : 7 min by car, 7 min by bus and 10 min by foot \- Beaches / Croisettes : 5 min by car and 8 min by foot \- Supermarket : 2 min by car and 2 min by foot \- Restaurants / bars : 1 min by foot \- Public parking : 3 min by car and 3 min by foot from the post office parking at 13 Rue Saint-Dizier, 06400 Cannes + several parking lots near the apartment The apartment, located on the 1st floor without elevator, will be prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes. We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability : \- Early check-ins \- Airport transfers \- Welcoming in person on site The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
