This apartment is ideal for those seeking tranquility while remaining connected to urban dynamics, thanks to its proximity to the city's main amenities and attractions. Located 700 meters from the center of Cannes, this quiet 2-room apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a bright living room, a bedroom and a bathroom on the 4th floor of a beautiful residence. The apartment is ideally located in the Carnot district, Cannes' main thoroughfare, perfect for enjoying and visiting the city of Cannes and its must-sees: \- Palais des festivals: 9 min by car, 13 min by bus and 15 min on foot \- Beaches / Croisette: 8 min by car, 12 min by bus and 17 min on foot \- Supermarket: 2 min walk, 6 min drive \- Restaurants / bars: 2 at 6 min by car and 1 at 9 min by foot \- Public parking: 4 min by car and 10 min on foot from Parking Vauban, 3 Rue Raphaël, 06400 Cannes. The apartment will be prepared for your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair-trade cotton). The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules. Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes. We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best. We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability : \- Early check-ins \- Airport transfers \- Welcoming in person on site The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day. It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
