This 3 room apartment of 100 m² can easily accommodate up to 5 people. This duplex on two levels, is located in the historical district of Cannes: the Suquet, with a superb view on the sea. You can enjoy your aperitif at sunset in the large, bright and spacious living room, thanks to the panoramic window opening, facing East. Taking advantage of a privileged location, offering a proximity with the inescapable of Cannes, you will have of : \-Palais des festivals: 10 min walk \-Beaches: 5 min walk \-Supermarket : 2 min walk (Vival) \-Seaside restaurants : 6 min walk The apartment will be prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It has an internet connection and air conditioning throughout the apartment. It also has an individual closed garage at your disposal. Below, the details of the equipment: \-Surface area : 100m \-Living room : flat screen TV + sofa/bed + dining table + 6 chairs \-Fully equipped kitchen: fridge + freezer + kettle + toaster + coffee machine + hotplate + oven + dishwasher + washing machine \-Master suite: 2 single beds (90X200) + bathroom (shower) + dressing \-Suite n°2: 1 single bed + shower + small dressing \-Independent WC \-Equipment: free high speed wifi + air conditioning + iron and ironing board + clothesline + hair dryer + small cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner + broom) Parties are strictly forbidden, quiet residence. Services offered in addition: \- Early arrival, before 4 pm, according to availability \- Late departure, departure after 11:00 am, according to availability \- Airport transfer / baby bed / concierge / possibility to leave your luggage at the agency / etc... Bilingual customer service available until 8pm in season. Autonomous night arrival without extra charge. The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules. Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes. We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best. We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability : \- Early check-ins \- Airport transfers \- Welcoming in person on site The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day. It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
