Bright apartment with a very nice terrace with sea view and a parking space. It benefits from an excellent location in Cannes. This superb 60m2 apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It is ideally located, close to the Avenue de Grasse, perfect to enjoy: \- Palais des festivals / Croisettes : 15 on foot \- Beaches : 12 min by foot and 6 min by car \- Supermarket : 3 min walk \- Restaurants / bars : 5 min to 10 min walk This area is located a few meters from the city center and the most attractive places in Cannes. The apartment will be prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It also has an internet connection. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
