This district is located a few meters from the beaches of the Croisette with its magnificent private beaches, its palaces of international renown and its luxury shops. Just as close, the Rue d'Antibes is without doubt the main shopping street in Cannes. Parallel to the Croisette, this street welcomes all types of shops. It is ideal for delegate (20 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals) as well as for touristes (7 minutes walk from the beaches). It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people: \- Surface: 100m² \- Living room: flat screen TV + comfortable sofa bed (140X200) \- Kitchen: fridge + kettle + toaster + oven + Nespresso + freezer + microwave \- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (90x200) + air conditioning \- Bedroom 2: Double bed (140x200) + air conditioning \- Bathroom: walk-in shower + separate WC \- Services: free broadband wifi + iron and ironing board + hairdryer \- Miscellaneous: quality sheets and towels (organic cotton and fair trade) + Immogroom welcome pack (organic and fair trade coffee, etc.) + small cleaning equipment Additional information: Villa with independence below for annual rental "Services offered in supplement: \- Early arrival, before 4 pm, according to availability \- Late departure, departure after 11:00 am, according to availability \- Airport transfer / baby bed / concierge service / possibility to leave your luggage at the agency / etc... Bilingual customer service available until 8pm in season. The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules. Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes. We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best. We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability : \- Early check-ins \- Airport transfers \- Welcoming in person on site The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day. It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
