The house is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Cannes, just steps from Rue d'Antibes and just a 10-minute walk from La Croisette and its sandy beaches. The lower level of this house is divided into three apartments (no other tenants). Please note that it is possible to have other people responsible for the maintenance of the common areas or tenants on the second and top floors. Although the house is just a few minutes' walk from all the restaurants, shops, and bars, it benefits from a very quiet street.  
In addition, the house offers high ceilings and large double-glazed windows.

It consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for six, and a living room with a sofa bed. There is plenty of natural light thanks to the two large windows in the living/dining room and kitchen. The apartment is equipped with quality amenities, and every detail has been considered to allow you to fully enjoy your stay. The apartment is modern in design yet comfortable and welcoming.  
  
Bedrooms 3 and 4:  
The bedrooms are decorated in a modern, elegant, and minimalist design and feature a double bed (140 cm), a closet for hanging clothes and storing suitcases, a chest of drawers for additional storage, a 4K TV, and a desk area.  
  
\- Apartment 3 is 102 m² and is located on the first floor. This apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 10, and a living room with a sofa bed. Large windows in the living/dining room and kitchen allow plenty of natural light. The apartment features quality amenities, and every detail has been considered to allow you to fully enjoy your stay. The apartment is modern in design yet comfortable and welcoming.
