Le point positif de l’hotel est le personnel. Ils sont souriant, serviable. Le décor de l’hôtel fait peur et ça sent fort. Ils m’ont envoyé un email pour me dacturer 5 euro pour une bouteille d’alcool que je n’ai pas touché. Ils devront compter les bouteilles et donner une liste de bouteilles contenu dans le refrigerateur. Sinon on peut etre facturé sur n’importe quoi. La chambre était trop petite, le climatiseur juste en haut du lit. À part le personnel et la proximité de la gare il n’y a malheuresement de points positifs

Stuck in time!
The internet was not working, furniture and decoration cheep, there was no key-card… had to use key that you had to leave at the front desk. The experience was more of a hostel then a 4star hotel.

This is by far the worst hotel actually motel, I booked it for my birthday through Expedia and was very excited to have a trip for a weekend to celebrate my birthday in Canne, I paid 1000 for 3 nights and I expected yo have a great hotel a 4 star hotel like they claim, As soon as I got there I realized it was basically a scam, an old dirty motel pretending they are a 4 star luxury hotel, I called for parking they ask me yo self park at the train station and they $15 s day( we had to drag our suitcases to the hotel, the street is very busy and has a lot of homeless people drinking alcohol near the hotel, women was asking us to give her money and actually followed us the whole way which felt a bit unsafe at times, we were ok no worries ( not a 4 hotel perfect location however we kept an open mind) We arrived the receptionist took our card for taxes since I prepaid, I looked around and saw a small cart that had few bottles of booze and next it was a s card saying Bar/ lounge, then I looked a the decor so outdated and nothing like the pictures.. we go in the first thing I saw was dirt everywhere, red spots on the white sheet, bathroom has still marks of poop from previous guest, water marks on the wall and it looked like it! I called Expedia and was told that the person that is in charge of refund wasn’t there and had to wait till Monday, ait was really very hard to find another hotel and on Monday they didn’t want refund anything. Stay away from this nightmare! Shame

The only positive is being close to every thing. Outdated, old and backward no sense of safety standards and leaving the “key” each time you leave is 40 years ago. The lady who cleaned the rooms was very nice front desk was hit or miss. Not worth the money I paid. I almost call hotels com to cancel and book myself something else but I didn’t have time to stay on hold for 5 hours to talk to them

The staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately the hotel was not up to standard. The walls were thin and we could here everything going on in the room next door to us. And the outside of the building was full of scaffolding and looked like a building site. Presentation could have been better.

Very close to the train/bus station although google Maps will take you a long winded path to it when it is in fact it is across the street when you exit the station. Not more than 1 minute. The room is small, clean and with ammenities that rivals high end hotels. Very friendly staff who keep the reception going 24 hours and they are very friendly with organising an early morning taxi to the airport.

The location was fine But the hotel very dated. The aircon was probably 20 years old and made a lot of noise and didn’t cool. Very loud neighbours moving furniture around, not sound proofed at all. Breakfast was ok, but wouldn’t stay here again

Next time, do not hesitate to let us know if you are disappointment dissatisfied as soon as you arrive, we could indeed have offered you to change room, or find together any other solution. Concerning the air conditioning, please be aware that we have encountered damages, one of our ac unit was thunderstruck. Nice Boutique Hotel With A Fantastic Staff
This is a very nice hotel that has a cute design aesthetic and a superb and helpful staff. It conveniently located across from Gare de Cannes which is the main bus station. While there is the related noise that brings, the hotel more than makes up for it with their service and hospitality. We were exhibiting at the Palais des Festivals and it was a very short walk for us each morning. The morning breakfast was a welcome addition and helped streamline our days. Highly recommended.

Professional staff,good location
Nice hotel, food value for money and a great location. The walls are thin. I left a prior review with some feedback and the hotel staff quickly followed up on the complaints which was very professional.

Lovely place to stay
Staff were very friendly. The room was very nice and clean and had an added bonus of a balcony! Breakfast was very good too. Within easy reach of everything.

Good location but not 4 stars.
A very pleasant stay but not 4 stars as it lacked a nice bar area to sit and have a drink together. Lighting in the bathroom was poor for applying make up and for shaving. However the staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful.

Great hotel and location
We choose hotel Colette because we were getting in on the train quite late after a very long travel, across from the station and very easy to find. We found the staff very professional and easy to communicate with. The room we booked on line like always not sure what we would actually get we under booked justin case we were not happy, we ended up very impressed with our room and service we extended our stay. We found this location perfect for us as to get to the beach we had to walk past all the shops and cafe's etc. and then back on the way back as well as being central. We would recommend Colette to ALL staying in Cannes and would stay again.

Nice hotel, walking distance
Nice hotel, walking distance to anywhere along the most well known shopping street and the beach. I would recommend it again to a friend. Keep in mind this is not a 5 star hotel, you pay what you get but it is decent for 2-3 nights stay while visiting and living the city downtown life while you are in Cannes. I would come back and stay in this hotel again.

Excellent staff
Hotel Colette is surprisingly quiet given it is right opposite the station. Location is excellent, with the seafront only 10 minutes away too. Monoprix supermarket was more or less next door. Staff were very friendly. Air conditioning was very effective during the heatwave!

Great hotel experience
This hotel is a gem to discover. The service was great, staff helpful and courteous. Rooms are clean, nicely decorated but rather small n size. The bed is in the way of the bathroom door preventing the door from fully opening. This was a minor inconvenience however. The hotel is conveniently located across from the main train station and is less than 5 minute walk to the beach areas. Near shopping, food and restaurants, I would stay there again and strongly recommend it.
