We had such a wonderful time!!! The hotel itself is beautiful with lots of original pieces of artwork. It’s ideally located with lots to do within walking distance. The staff were so helpful, friendly and attentive. One of my best hotel stays anywhere in the world!

We had a wonderful stay, everything was perfect. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very stylish with individual touches, it’s in a perfect location if want to be in the centre of Cannes. A delightful hotel to stay in and can highly recommend.

This boutique hotel has it all! Location is wonderful and within walking distance to everything. It also has a Spa if your also looking for a great refresh after a long day at the beach or walking. great hotel Staff in every department but the Concierge services really stood out for me. there is also so much thought into the little details of this hotel from the free mini bar to the take home gift they leave in your room . If your looking for unique and upscale, book this hotel.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Great friendly service. They took us by golf cart (complimentary)to the beach club and restaurants so our toddler wouldn’t have to walk to far. The family room was very spacious. The roof top stainless steel infinity pool insane. The complimentary breakfast excellent, varied and tasty. You really get a lot for your money.

Worst experience ever
Over rated hotel. Pictures are almost 180 degrees than the poor reality!! Room renovation is very old, bed was two single beds matched together and they call it king size bed which is absorbed. Noisy street until late hours.
Finally an over rated price of 800 euros per night... I regret choosing this hotel. I've being a member for so meany years, slept over at hundreds of hotel and never before I was so disappointed.

Please, allowed me to be a little bit surprised by your feedback. The Hotel is lovely and well located downtown, plenty of restaurant are 5min walking distance by us. The beach also. We do have a lot of family coming here, and we don’t use to have this kind of noisy feedback from the street. I guess everyone is different and some of us has a lighter sleep than others.
We are 5stars boutique hotel, the price of the room is an average of all other hotel nearby, with same level. All the bed we have are the same, and like for the noise, I understand that for some person it’s less comfortable. We usually don’t have any complaint on the quality of our mattress, either it’s 2 becomes 1 big bed.
I would appreciate to met you, I well understand and aware about what matter, and I am sorry that your feedback is all about bad points. I hope you have enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and minibar going through your reservation. Also, our heated pool on the rooftop, and you did not forget to keep with you our ambiance fragrance we used to offer. I would be love to know, that those little attention could make a bit the difference and left a quite well souvenir of your stay at the Five Seas Hotel.

Nice hotel but the Executive room is not worth the money at all. The Superior room is better and less expensive.
Personalized check in attention. Friendly staff. Very well located close to best shopping district, main attractions and restaurants. Beautiful rooftop restaurant with excellent food.
The breakfast is continental and not a buffet.

Concierge lost our bags, and it took forever for them to find it. The attitude of the staff was extremely unhelpful. They simply said they can’t find the bags.
The rest of the experience was amazing, but due to those members of the staff I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

I loved the 5 seas, truly beautiful and comfortable stay with ultra friendly staff. My one gripe was that there was a big festival going on down the street which kept me up until about 3am. But nothing the hotel could have done there other than potentially move me to the other side of the building which they said I'd have to pay for.

Good location, very clean. One staff member was very rude but everyone else was pleasant. The hotel is quite noisy due to the traffic outside. The ground floor of the hotel lacks a little personality and could do with maybe a bar or something to give it a bit more of an atmosphere.

Great hotel with unrivalled customer service. Having stayed in several five star hotels in Cannes the staff here were the most helpful and friendly yet. Excellent continental breakfast as well and we enjoyed a room with a terrace. Perfect location for the Croisette, shopping and station. Will definitely visit again.
