It connects to the second bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed (160cm), a dressing room, smart TV, and private bathroom. Of course, a partition can be used between the two bathrooms to separate the two bedrooms, through a removable partition. WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD From the residence, within minutes, you can: \- Reach the beaches of Midi \- Stroll along La Croisette or relax on its beaches \- Climb to Le Suquet to discover Cannes' historic district \- Explore the city center \- Easily access Cannes La Bocca (5 minutes) with its beaches, shops, and supermarkets OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Private parking space within the residence, outdoors. Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…) Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible). Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM. Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee. After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
