The Côté Scène apartment is a bright and comfortable 60m² space on the 2nd floor of a quiet, well-maintained residence. It boasts a south-facing terrace, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean sunshine, along with modern, functional amenities.  
  
The layout includes:  
  
🛋️ Spacious, inviting living room: comfortable sofa bed, smart TV, and dining area.  
🍽️ Open, fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, and kitchen utensils.  
🛌 Master bedroom: double bed with built-in storage and terrace access.  
🚿 Modern bathroom: shower, sink vanity, towel warmer, and hairdryer.  
🌿 Sunny terrace: south-facing, with outdoor table and chairs.  
👉 Reversible air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.  
  
  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine...) so you won't lack anything!  
  
The bedroom has a double bed and cupboards to store all your things.  
  
The bathroom has a nice shower cubicle, a towel dryer, and a storage unit with a hair dryer.  
  
The flat is always cleaned by our cleaning staff before your arrival. Bed and bath linen is provided.  
  
The flat is ideally located, a few meters from the Croisette and the Rue d'Antibes. The Palais des Festivals is only a 20 minute walk from the flat.  
  
Note: There is an air conditioner that can be used as a heater.
