Very central apartment with terrace, just behind the famous Miramar Palace, in the center of the Croisette.  
You can enjoy all the infrastructure of the city of Cannes: beaches, restaurants, stores and businesses while being on foot. 2 minutes from a nice walk to the beach.  
  
This nice property consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds convertible into a double bed according to your wishes. Separate and well equipped kitchen.  
Bright and nice living room with sofa bed opening on a large terrace with view on the city to enjoy your meals outside.  
Small office space in one of the bedrooms. Bathroom and separate toilet.
