Comprising a living room extended by a sea-facing terrace and a garden-facing balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people. The apartment offers fabulous views of the Mediterranean Sea and is located in the exclusive Croix des Gardes neighborhood of Cannes, with the beach just a few minutes away. The center of Cannes is 3 km away, and the nearest shops are within walking distance. The apartment has two bedrooms and a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed (sleeps up to 6 people). It has been recently renovated! A large swimming pool, a tennis court, a ping-pong table, an elevator, and guest parking are part of the secure complex. This apartment will charm you with its setting, its unobstructed views to the sea, and its high-quality amenities. It will be ideal for your business or leisure stays. You will reach the center of Cannes in just 10 minutes and will also be a few minutes from the nearest beaches of the Midi.
