Enjoy the long sunny days of the French Riviera with this superb holiday apartment, located 5 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals in Cannes and 2 minutes from all amenities and beaches.   
  
Located on the 4th floor with lift, in a new building in the centre of Cannes, this seasonal rental offers a very elegant and design living space and features a superb terrace.   
  
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with new and high-end appliances. The living room is spacious with a comfortable corner sofa and flat-screen TV (satellite channels). The master bedroom has a double bed 180 cm wide, with its own bathroom and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (1m wide) and a balcony. A shower room with WC.   
  
The terrace (54m²) is a magnificent living space and is furnished with a very cosy lounge area and a dining area.   
  
The Festival Palace is 5 minutes walk away, all amenities are 2 minutes away and the Croisette beaches are just 10 minutes away.
