With a surface area of 53 m², this apartment comprises : \- a light-filled living area with lounge and dining room, \-a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer), \- one bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm bed, \- a second bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm bed, \- bathroom with shower and WC, \- work desk, \- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, clothes hangers, smoke detector, \- TV, Wifi, air conditioning, radiators. The apartment does not have a private parking space, but plenty of free parking is available nearby. Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10 pm. A management fee of €689 will be charged for medium-term rentals.
