Close to La Croisette and a 20-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals. Very bright, with a beautiful corner terrace, this apartment is ideal for a vacation in Cannes or to attend one of the many conferences. The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a secure and very quiet residence on the Pointe Croisette, with a private entrance. It consists of an entrance hall with cupboards leading to a very comfortable living room with a sofa bed and a dining area, all opening onto the terrace. There is also a separate equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, a separate toilet, a shower room, and a bedroom. The apartment is in the heart of the Palm Beach district, making it the ideal place to stay with family, friends, or colleagues during a conference in Cannes! The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi. Parking is available in the cul-de-sac and there is a bus stop at the foot of the building. In all our apartments, you will find a welcome pack on arrival including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, drinks, dishwasher tablets, and washing machine tablets. Committed to your comfort, our team will be at your disposal to meet your needs during your stay. Arrival times: \- Early check-in or late check-out are possible at an additional cost, subject to availability, and always upon prior request. Baby cot: \- Available upon prior request, €30/stay.
