\- A fully equipped kitchen (including an oven and microwave) with a dining area for four  
\- A comfortable and modern living room with a flat-screen TV  
  
\- The first bedroom features a Queen Size bed (160cm) and ample storage.  
\- The second bedroom, also with storage, has two separate beds and access to a small enclosed loggia.  
\- A high-end finished shower room completes the space.  
  
In summary, this stylish apartment offers the perfect balance between proximity to the city center, modern amenities, comfort, and a holiday spirit.
