Charmant 2 pièces de 45 m2 situés en rez-de-chaussée avec une belle terrasse. Climatisé entièrement.  
Il est composé d'un salon avec deux lits simples et une cuisine américaine, une chambre avec lit double le tout donnant sur la terrasse, une salle de bain et WC indépendant.  
Une grande terrasse fleurie vient compléter ce bien et vous permettra ainsi de vous offrir des moments de détente après vos journées plage.  
  
N'hésitez pas à regarder nos autres annonces si ce bien ne comble pas vos envies afin de séjourner dans notre si belle ville.  
  
L’appartement sera prêt et propre pour votre arrivée.

L'appartement entier vous est accessible afin de profiter pleinement de votre séjour ici ainsi qu'une place de parking dans la résidence.

Vous aimerez aller à pied en longeant la mer pour accéder au coeur de notre jolie ville de Cannes.  
Le marché Forville est un incontournable pour goûter aux saveurs locales (épices, socca, légumes de la régions, tapenade...).   
Les boutiques souvenirs, les plages bien sur, les jolies balades sur la croisette lors d'un feu d'artifice, le musée de la castre, le vieux port, le Suquet.   
Il y en a pour tous les goûts, visuels et pour ceux qui aiment un bon repas ou tout simplement se balader....   
Vous trouverez de nombreux bars/pubs tout autour du port et de nombreux restaurants...   
Juan les pins est à 15 min en voiture.   
Antibes est à 15-20 min.   
Nice et l'aéroport à 35 min.   
Pour Monaco et la frontière Italienne, compter 1h par l'autoroute.
