Featuring wide doorways and a handicap bath, the Great Room consists of your fully equipped Kitchen, 10 guest Dining table, & Living room with two queen Futon sofas, and TV with DVD. Off the Great Room is your Master bedroom with a queen sized bed, PLUS a Heart Shaped Jacuzzi for 2! Downstairs to the walk out basement are 2 large bedrooms, each bedroom having 3 double beds, and another full bathroom, laundry room, and storage closets finish out the Basement. Each bedroom opens out to your concrete patio, with your Hot Tub 2 steps away. This is all on the River side. Your gas grill is on your covered 1st floor deck. Your campfire & charcoal/wood grill is in the yard, a few steps from your riverside patio. The “Bonnie Pearl” sleeps 16 comfortably, with 2 guests per bed or sleeper sofa. It was rustic charm with modern conveniences. The sunrise was gorgeous every single day. My husband and I have 2 daughters that live north 3 hours and south 7.5 hours. It is difficult for us to be together on the holidays because it means travel for all. We created this in between getaway to allow our children to create their own traditions in their own homes in the actual holidays. The hosts went above and beyond as they set up birthday decorations and gave each of the birthday boys a card. The coffee was provided as well. All in all an enjoyable time.
